In addition to serving as a company principal and director, David specializes in selling and leasing large flex and single-story industrial vacant and investment properties throughout New England primarily in the Suburban Boston market. David has represented numerous large corporations including Coca Cola, Textron Defense Systems, Cincinnati Milacron, Massachusetts School of Law, Compaq Computer, Constar, The Paper Store, Ryerson Steel, American Power Conversion, and Interstate Container.
James G. Stubblebine James has, on several occassions, attained the Commercial Broker Association Platinum Level, the highest ranking level based on aggregate sales and leasing volume. In addition, he has received the distinction of being ranked among the Top 20 leasing brokers based on total aggregate lease transaction volume. ![]() Micah D. Stubblebine Micah joined The Stubblebine Company after graduating from Wheaton College in 1995. In addition to serving as a company principal and director, he specializes in industrial and office/R&D sales and leases in the Northwest Suburban and New Hampshire marketplace and has represented a number of large corporations including Tropicana, The Gutierrez Company, Dynamic Research Corporation and Omtool. ![]() Alan C. Ringuette Alan is a 1987 graduate of Bentley College and joined The Stubblebine Company after 9 years of marketing, sales and management experience with Metropolitan Life. Alan focuses on sales and leases of industrial properties in the northwest quadrant and central Massachusetts and specializes in both property and tenant representation. ![]() Ellen B. Garthoff Ellen is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania with a background in ![]() Donald Humpton Since joining The Stubblebine Company in 2007, Don has been involved in developing the company’s presence south of Boston in the I-95, Route 24, and Route 3 markets from Route 128 to I-495. Don engages in selling and leasing of industrial properties. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, market analysis, and negotiations. Prior to joining the company, Don attended Gordon College in Wenham, MA where he earned a B.A. in finance and a B.A. in Business Administration. While attending Gordon College, Don played four years of varsity lacrosse and served as a captain his junior and senior year. ![]() J. Phillip Masterson Since joining The Stubblebine Company in 2009, Phil has been involved in developing the company’s presence south of Boston in the I-95, Route 24, and Route 3 markets from Route 128 to I-495. Phil engages in selling and leasing of industrial properties. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, market analysis, and negotiations.
